Italian Ministry of Health says that you can cure H1N1 like a common flu: medicines against fever and light painkillers are enough with a good moisturizing [water, fruit juice, orange and lemon juice overall] and rest are absolutly enough for SANE individuals. It's a matter of some days.

another friend told me that some medicines makes N1H1 WORSE if took while having it: (i'm not doctor, so maybe i misspell the names)

1- Voltaren
2- Dolphin
3- Babyrelif
4- Rheumafen
5- Catflam
